Shipping & Returns

Jon Morgan MD Skin Products, Inc. online store is unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. Most orders will be dispatched within three working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following business week. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are not available. Please provide your preferred method of contact in the comment field provided.
All packages are shipped Standard Flat Rate Ground via the US Postal Service and we offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Flat Rate Ground (5 to 7 business days)
• 3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days)
• 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
• Next Day Air (1 business day)

Tracking Your Order

If you want to track your order shipment via UPS, you can do so in the following way: Refer to your order confirmation email for the UPS tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the US Postal Service website at www.usps.com to track your order shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a credit. Returns and Exchanges on full-priced merchandise are accepted by mail with original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges on sale or special request items are final sales and are not accepted.
The items must not have been fully used prior to return. We will credit the card on which the original purchase was made. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges
